What you're looking at
  • Playbooks are evidence templates DisputeDesk uses to respond to specific dispute types. Each playbook bundles the order details, tracking proof, customer communication, and policy excerpts that strengthen your case.
  • Active playbooks are wired up to your automation rules. When a dispute matches one of your rules, DisputeDesk uses the matching playbook to build the evidence pack — automatically or for your review depending on the rule.
  • Use Start from template for quick coverage of the seven main dispute reasons, or Create pack to build a custom one for an edge case. Click any row to edit the evidence checklist.
